Three ways in.

One takes an idea and makes it real. One puts an outside brain on your team. One keeps what you already have from quietly decaying. Prices are on the page because you shouldn’t have to email me to find out if we’re in the same universe.

  • Concept and thesis. The story before the interface. Product architecture — actors, flows, the logic underneath. Then the design, then the build, then it’s live.

8–16 weeks · one engagement · fixed scope

Scoped after one conversation. The range is real, not an anchor.

    What you get

    • Product definition — what it is, who it’s for, why now
    • Narrative & positioning
    • System architecture — flows, states, data model
    • Full UI/UX design
    • Front-end build, shipped and fast
    • Handover, or I keep running it

    Proof

I’ve done this for clients — Prove, Zuver, AlgoRhythm. And alone, for my own: calculatory.app, idaete.com, proveit.in. Most people who say they think about product have opinions. I have URLs.

    Start a build
  • Every organisation eventually agrees with itself. I come in monthly, take the thing you’re all too close to, and run it through a framework built for exactly that.

    monthly · 3-month minimum · ongoing

Scales with cadence and how many people are in the room.

    What you get

    • Monthly innovation sessions, run on the CHILD framework
    • Concept development on call
    • Creative direction & critique of in-house work
    • Knowledge and content architecture
    • Product strategy — what’s worth building, and in what order
    • AI workflow design — how your team produces, not which tool

    Proof

Wipro Lab45 hired me for a handbook and got a layout system they reuse. FeelGood@ hired me for a café brand and got a vocabulary their customers still use.

    Book a conversation
  • Not a ticket queue. A monthly relationship with a defined scope, so the thing stays sharp instead of decaying quietly until it needs replacing.

monthly plan · fixed scope · cancel any time

    Three plans below.

    What you get

    • Updates, security, backups, uptime
    • Performance & Core Web Vitals
    • Monthly analytics read — in sentences, not screenshots
    • Content & creative on tap
    • SEO and GEO — findable by search and by answer engines
    • Automation — lifecycle, ops, AI in the loop

    Proof

Bounce 89% → 39% for a B2B SaaS. Email open 7% → 32% for a FinTech. Sales +43% for a health brand. That’s what maintenance looks like when someone’s actually reading the numbers.

    See what fits
  • Keynotes, workshops, and mentoring. CHILD applied live to your problem — your people leave with a method, not a deck.

per engagement · in person or remote

    Travel additional outside Bangalore.

    What you get

    • Keynote or conference talk
    • Half or full-day CHILD workshop
    • Team creative-thinking training
    • Founder mentoring & advisory

    Proof

Mentor at IIT Bombay’s E-Cell. Visiting faculty at EABS. Author of a Creativity & Self-Help bestseller — the workshop is the book, applied to your room.

Before you ask

  • Why are your prices public?

Because the alternative wastes both our time. If the range doesn’t fit, you’ve learned that in four seconds instead of after two calls. And if it does, we start the first conversation somewhere useful.

  • Do you work with people outside India?

Most of my work is. Fortune 500s and early-stage startups, across timezones, for over two decades. Prices are in USD for exactly that reason. I keep evening hours for US and EU overlap.

  • Are you a one-person studio, or do you have a team?

I do the thinking and the design myself — that’s the point, and it’s what you’re paying for. For larger builds I bring in people I’ve worked with for years. You always deal with me.

  • Can you work with our existing team or agency?

Often that’s the best version. Thinking, Retained exists precisely for teams who have execution covered and need direction that isn’t already inside the building.

  • What if I don’t know which one I need?

Then pick “Still figuring it out” on the form and tell me the problem. Naming the right engagement is my job, not yours.

  • How fast can you start?

Depends on what’s running. The availability pill at the top of every page is current — I change it when it changes, and it’s the honest answer.

Got a thing? Let’s make it thinking.

What do your friends call you?

Hey {name} — how do I reach you?

What can I help you with?

Pick as many as apply.

When suits for a call?

Pick any. I’ll send an invite, not a booking link.

Anything I should know before we talk?
