Problem

Yoga’s market is one of the most fragmented in wellness. Gurus are scattered across studios, community halls, WhatsApp groups and home practices — most with no digital presence at all, and no way to prove lineage or credentials to someone who’s never met them. Seekers, meanwhile, were stitching a practice together across four or five tools that were never built for yoga: a generic booking app, a video platform, a payment link, a group chat. Discovery, scheduling, payment, and community each lived somewhere else, and none of them understood what a practice actually is.

Solution

Designed YogaYukt as a two-sided platform built specifically for yoga — not a generic class-booking tool with yoga content dropped into it. The distinction drove every decision: the platform models practices, lineages, and progression the way the discipline actually works, so a Kundalini guru and an Ashtanga guru aren’t forced into the same template.
